Harbinger Colony explores our humanity in a 'Robinson Caruso' like setting of marooned humans on an alien world. The settlers must overcome hostile aliens, fierce creatures and each other in order to survive on a strange, new world.

Best Laid Plans: The colonist awaken from deep sleep to find their original colonization plan is not possible. Now, they must work together for their own survival.
Human Nature: Once upon this new world, the colonists discover a wild world with no rules - completely 'survival of the fittest' in action.
Unlikely Heroes: Pushed to their limits, unlikely crew members must rally their comrades to overcome many set backs.
Fast Paced Fun: Lots of excitement and humorous situations can be found.

The Thrill of Science Fiction
Science fiction pushes the boundaries of what we know about the universe, exploring futuristic concepts and technologies. It often raises thought-provoking questions about humanity, society, and the future. Here are some defining characteristics of science fiction:
Speculative Concepts: Sci-fi often explores advanced technology, space travel, and alternate realities, prompting readers to consider the implications of these ideas.
Social Commentary: Many science fiction novels reflect contemporary issues, using futuristic settings to comment on current societal challenges.
Scientific Accuracy: While not always strictly adhered to, many authors strive for a level of scientific plausibility, making their stories feel grounded in reality.
Final Thoughts
I hope you will enjoy spending some time engaged with Harbinger Colony. I certainly had fun writing it and so far the first few reviews I have are positive. During the writing, I observed there is a similar process in writing that exists in baking. In both works, one spends a great deal of time in the preparation phase compared with the relatively brief time taken to consume the work. Also in both, I hope to feast upon the enjoyment of others.
